Duties:
- Sell contacts and eyeglasses
- Be able to pull vision insurance
- Be able to dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses to patients
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Duities
- Be able to pull vision insurance
- Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyewear based on their prescription and personal style preferences
- Take accurate measurements of customers’ eyes and facial features to ensure proper fit of eyeglasses (Pupillary Distance and Seg Heights)
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and other enhancements to meet their visual needs
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed to ensure optimal comfort and functionality
- Maintain inventory of eyewear frames, lenses, and accessories
- Process orders for new eyewear and contact lenses
- Keep the optical area clean and organized
